Last week we launched #everyBODY – which means our new collection is available for sizes UK 8-28. In a new ‘#everyBODY Q&A’ series, we interviewed our models behind the campaign to get to know them a little better! They share their thoughts on the launch, what it’s like to work in the fashion industry and how they spend their time when they’re not in front of the camera. First up, it’s the lovely Tash…

We recently expanded our size range from size 14-26 to size 8-28 – do you see this as a positive change?

Yes absolutely, I really love how inclusive the new Elvi size range is! It is exciting to see a brand cater to all different shapes and sizes. And I really hope other brands follow Elvi’s lead!

You must travel a lot for work, does your personal style change depending what city you’re in?

Yes it does, for example if I am home in Sydney my style is a lot more laid back and beach inspired but when I am somewhere like London or New York, my style is a lot more chic.

What do you like most about working in the fashion industry?

I love that the industry allows me to travel. I get to see places I would not have had the chance to if I wasn’t working in fashion. I also love the fact I get to meet people from around the world!

What’s your favourite piece from the collection?

My favourite piece is the Aster Lace Dress (coming soon!)! I love how versatile it is, it’s the perfect staple LBD for every woman’s wardrobe because you can dress it up by adding jewellery and heels or make it more casual by wearing it with flats or sandals.

Did you enjoy working with Elvi?

I had a blast working with Elvi, the entire team was amazing, the clothes were great and it was just an all round great vibe!

You live in Sydney, what do you love most about living there?

There’s so much to love about this city, but if I was to narrow it down it would definitely be the weather! I really think Sydney has one of the best climates in the world!

What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?

It was from my mum, she has always told me to always be true to myself and never compromise who I am for anyone or anything!
