Destination Paris

We recently took a trip to Paris to help you plan your next romantic weekend getaway. We share our secret hot spots, including the best place to eat and drink whilst you’re in the City of Light. Enjoy our helpful city guide and prepare to make a few subtle hints before the 14th Feb…

Where to Eat

Just around the corner from the beautiful Louvre, you’ll find Rue Saint-Honoré, a beautiful side street full of bakeries and small cafes where you can totally indulge. It would be rude not to have a croissant or two for breakfast when you’re in Paris, so take one to go and wonder the beautiful cobbled streets and take in all of the stunning architecture surrounding you.

Les Halles. Palais Royale. Place Vendôme

Just a short walk away from the Notre-Dame, visit the intimate Ma Salle à Manger in Place Dauphine for a quiet bite to eat at lunch. For a true taste of French cuisine, get your first taste of Escargot or share their delicious baked Camembert and Cranberries (our favourite!) with a glass of wine from their extensive drinks menu.

26 Place Dauphine, Ile de la Cité, 75001

With a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower, Café du Trocadéro is the perfect dinner spot right in the centre of Paris. Try something from their delicious Seafood Treasures – we highly recommend the Pink shrimps from Madagascar!

8 Place du Trocadéro et du 11 Novembre, 75116

We recently discovered a new cocktail bar just five minutes’ walk from the Notre Dame, the gorgeous and stylish Alcazar – from the downstairs restaurant to the bar above, this spot is the perfect place to kick start your first night in Paris.
